Justin Hardiman grew up moving back and forth from Grand Rapids to Pontiac with his single mom of five kids. He was a great student and earned good grades. While in high school, to support his mom and younger siblings, Justin felt it necessary to help his mother provide for his younger siblings, so he began selling drugs. When Justin became a father in high school, he became convicted to provide for his daughter the right way. He dropped out of high school and got a legitimate job. He was soon the sole parent figure, and while working full-time, Justin earned his GED.
He then met his now wife, and they had two beautiful children. Now as a father of a household, Justin realized his and his family’s need for Christ and began going to church. Justin worked in the restaurant industry as a lead cook before transitioning into a career in HVAC and construction.
Over the last 10 years, Justin and his family have lived and Algoma Township. Justin is motivated and loves his community. He wants to advocate for and serve the people in Algoma Township.
